Park Towers is an older building facing North. All units have a large furnished balcony which gives fantastic veiws of Surfers and all the beaches between Burleigh and Surfers.

On warm days there is a natural breeze that cools the apartment and in the winter the sun warms the balconies. So you are warm in winter and cool in summer.
