2min walk to beach without crissing any main roads. No need for a car but there is lockup garage. Northern facing aspect over looking the Pacific Ocean and Burleigh Heads boardriders. 12km to Surfers Paradise and 12km to Coolangatta airport/Twin Towns etc.
